Physician
Matthew Ubell, M.D.
After growing up in Michigan and Georgia, Dr. Ubell graduated with Honors from Vanderbilt University. He then earned his M.D. at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he stayed after graduating to perform research in the Department of Otolaryngology on genetic factors affecting head and neck cancer.
He completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After enjoying Southeast Wisconsin so much during residency, he decided to stay in the area to practice otolaryngology.
His practice encompasses all aspects of otolaryngology, including ear and hearing disorders, nasal and sinus surgery, sleep disorders, voice and swallowing problems, cancer of the head and neck, and thyroid surgery. Dr. Ubell is Board Certified. He cares for both pediatric and adult patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Ubell enjoys spending time with family.

Physician
Edward G. Kass, M.D.
Dr. Edward Kass was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. He is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who received his training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He joined Moreland Ear, Nose, and Throat in 1992. He is a member of the clinical faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin and is a past president of the Milwaukee Head and Neck Society.
He is on staff at Waukesha Memorial, Oconomowoc Memorial, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, and Elmbrook Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Kass has taught both resident physicians and primary care physicians and given many scientific presentations on the medical and surgical treatments of sinus and nasal problems, sleep apnea and snoring, as well as ear and tonsil issues in children.
He regularly attends national meetings to keep abreast of the latest scientific breakthroughs and emerging technologies. He has extensive experience over fifteen years of using the latest techniques in sinus, throat, and ear surgery such as coblation, lasers and balloon sinuplasty.
On a personal level, Dr. Kass is married and raising 2 children. He has extensive coaching in kid’s soccer, basketball, baseball, and tennis.
He enjoys coaching his and other kids. His main hobbies include tennis, weight training, golf, and skiing.

Physician
Mary C. Fox, M.D.
Dr. Mary Fox has been a life long resident of the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. She was born and raised in Hales Corners, earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University and Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
She completed an internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals and joined Moreland Ear, Nose, and Throat in 2000.
Dr. Fox is a Board Certified Otolayrngologist as well as a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons. She maintains a busy practice and enjoys the full range of general otolaryngology practice with a particular interest in pediatrics and sinus disease.
Dr. Fox remains on top of new technologies in the field so she can offer these options to her patients, including coblation tonsillectomy and balloon sinuplasty. She remains active instructing medical students at the Medical College of Wisconsin and residents in the Family Practice residency program at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
She is on the medical staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Elmbrook Memorial Hospital and is part of the clinical faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Fox is a very proud mother of two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, and many outdoor activities, as well as reading and home remodeling.

Physician
Zachary Fridirici, M.D.
Dr. Fridirici is board-certified in otolaryngology and fellowship-trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison, Dr. Fridirici attended medical school at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
He then completed a five-year residency in head and neck surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, followed by a prestigious fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of San Francisco California.
During his training, Dr. Fridirici was nominated to the national medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha, featured in Crain’s Chicago 2015 20 in their 20’s, published over 10 medical articles in prestigious journals, written numerous book chapters, and given many presentations/posters at national meetings.
His practice encompasses head and neck tumors, thyroid surgery, sinus surgery, nasal airway surgery, rhinoplasty, rejuvenation of the aging face, treatment of facial paralysis, and reconstruction of major and minor facial defects.
Dr. Fridirici is delighted to return to his hometown with his wife and son. Outside of medicine he enjoys spending time with his family, boating and swimming at the lake, running, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations.

Physician Assistant
Mellisa Koenings, PA-C
Mellisa Koenings is a certified physician assistant who joined Moreland ENT in late 2018. She treats patients of all ages with a variety or ear, nose, and throat disorders. She graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition.
She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Prior to joining Moreland ENT, Mellisa practiced as a physician assistant in emergency medicine in the Milwaukee area for 2+ years.
Mellisa is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA), and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. She is particularly focused on overall patient wellness and evidence-based medicine. She stays current on literature in order to provide the best care to patients.
Outside of the office, Mellisa enjoys staying active, working on house projects with her husband, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Physician Assistant
Jelena Radinovic, PA-C
Jelena Radinovic is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who specializes in ear, nose, and throat care for patients of all ages. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Psychology and Biochemistry minors at Carroll University.
She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies degree at Carroll University. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Jelena is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and The Society of Physician Assistants in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (SPAO-HNS).
She is highly focused on patient education, wellness, and preventative care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and traveling. Jelena is also fluent in Serbian.

Audiologist
Julie Fournier, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Fournier grew up in Wisconsin and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. In 2005, she obtained her Doctoral Degree in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
She practiced for many years in Waukesha County at a competitor and joined the Professional Hearing Services staff in 2015. We are happy to have her as a member of our team and appreciate her cheerfulness and sincerity.
Dr. Fournier provides diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services in our Waukesha and Mukwonago locations, to patients of all ages. She has a special interest in hearing aids and works with her patients to set and achieve their goals. Dr. Fournier takes great pleasure in watching her patients rediscover the joy of hearing. She is passionate about the prevention of hearing loss and specializes in custom-made hearing protection solutions. She is married with two high school students. She loves spending time with her family. She enjoys amusement parks, running, and attending her children’s various activities.

Audiologist
Kasey Gillmore, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Kasey Gillmore grew up in Wisconsin and completed her undergraduate degree in 2013 and Doctor of Audiology degree in 2017 at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She accepted a fulltime position with Professional Hearing Services after completing her fourth-year externship with us.
Dr. Gillmore is excited to develop a strong relationship with her patients and help them reconnect with their loved ones through better hearing. She will be working out of the Waukesha and New Berlin offices. Out of the office, Dr. Gillmore enjoys attending Badger and Brewer games, visiting her family at their cabin up north, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Audiologist
Katherine Moore, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Moore was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where most of her family still resides. She and her husband have called Milwaukee their home since 1999. They have welcomed three beautiful girls to their family. Dr. Moore worked for nearly 12 years at Froedtert and the Medical College before accepting the position at Professional Hearing Services in 2013.
Dr. Moore practices one day a week, on Thursday, in our Waukesha location. She enjoys building rapport with patients, and feels privileged to be a part of their hearing healthcare. She has a passion for improving patients’ quality of life through hearing aid fitting and follow-up care. Outside of audiology, she enjoys reading non-fiction and inspirational books, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is actively involved in community service through her church.

Audiologist
Tracey Irene, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Irene grew up in Wisconsin and completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in communicative disorders in 1995. She went on to receive her Master of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1997. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
She returned to Wisconsin in 1998 and join the staff of Moreland Ear, Nose, and Throat Group, LTD. After practicing audiology for five years, she decided to further her education and obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree through Arizona School of Health Sciences, in December 2006.
Dr. Irene is the Senior Staff Audiologist and works out of the Waukesha location. She has participated as a consultant for the Birth to Three Program and Sound Beginnings Program, volunteered on the BEST committee for the American Academy of Audiology, and has published numerous articles on marketing.
She loves working with people of all ages and truly enjoys the field of Audiology. She is passionate about training the next generation of audiologist and routinely supervises doctoral students during their Fourth Year Externship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She enjoys building relationships with her patients of all ages to set and achieve realistic goals for better hearing. Out of the office, Dr. Irene enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family, they enjoy spending time traveling and being active outside swimming, boating, skiing, and golfing.
