Ear Nose and Throat Waukesha WI Claire Milligan Audiologist

Audiologist

Claire Milligan, AU.D., C.C.C.-A.

Professional Hearing Services
Dr. Milligan's passion for audiology began when attending an elementary school in Green Bay that provided programming for students who were deaf and hard of hearing. There, several of her classmates used hearing aids (or cochlear implants) and communicated through American Sign Language.

This early exposure made an impression on Dr. Milligan throughout her childhood, leading her to pursue a career in applying hearing technologies to benefit people with hearing loss.

Dr. Milligan attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2019 and graduated from UW-Madison's Doctor of Audiology program in 2023. After completing her fourth-year externship with Professional Hearing Services, she joined the team as an audiologist after graduation.

As a Green Bay native, Dr. Milligan enjoys cheering on the Packers. And since moving to the Milwaukee area, she has enjoyed the opportunity to catch many Brewers and Bucks games, and take part in other Milwaukee traditions, including Summerfest and the Wisconsin State Fair. Her other interests include walking, playing tennis, and enjoying the lakes of Northern Wisconsin with her family (boating, swimming, and soaking up the sun).

Dr. Milligan cherishes the opportunity to get to know her patients, and to have the privilege of playing an integral role into their personal hearing journeys. One of Dr. Milligan's most rewarding aspects of her role is seeing first-hand how her patients regain independence and improve relationships through better hearing.
